Our streets are a reflection of who we really are

McLean has many grand streets and boulevards, historic places, it is the home to large corporations and government agencies, some of the most prominent people in the world call McLean their home.

Driving around McLean revealed a sad truth, garbage. has become the norm on our most transitted roads and streets. Just look outside in the corner of Lewisnville and SpringHill Road, in the corner of SpringHill and Old Dominion, along Dolley Maddison Blvd or the 495, trash is everywhere. People from other areas drive through our beutiful streets and leave their trash behind.

As a community, we must stand against this agression with education. Our plan is two fold, to CleanMcLean and keep it clean and also to build conscience by posting signs in strategic places inviting visitors not to litter and and respect our neighborhood.

To change the world we must change ourselves and our community. Our goal is contribute to a better world by cleaning our beloved McLean Va. and keep it clean. Join our effort by signing to our newsletter and volunteer. We have too much work to do and any help is greatly appreciated.
